Inhalte

This course is designed to prepare you for managing business projects following the internationally recognized “Project Management Body of Knowledge” PMBOK of the “Project Management Institute” PMI mainly focusing on the following knowledge areas:

  • Project Integration Management
  • Project Scope Management
  • Project Time Management
  • Project Cost Management
  • Project Risk Management
  • Project Stakeholder Management

In case you are planning a PMI certification in future this course will be a good starting point for your preparation.

The lecture will be accompanied by a case study which will enable you to practice the newly acquired concepts and methods in a concrete project situation.
